大剂量甲泼尼龙治疗蜂蛰伤致溶血性贫血的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Large Dose Methylprednisolone in Treatment on Hemolytic Anemia after Wasp Sting

目的:观察甲泼尼龙治疗蜂毒所致溶血性贫血的疗效。方法:7例蜂蛰伤所致的溶血性贫血,入院后除血液透析及常规对症处理外,采用大剂量甲基泼尼松龙静滴,连续3～5 d。结果:全部患者2-3 d后溶血得到控制,6例治愈,1例死于呼吸衰竭。结论:大剂量甲基泼尼松龙治疗能有效控制蜂毒所致的溶血,对蜂毒所致的其他合并症的治疗也是有效和安全的。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of methlyprednisolone treatment on hemolytic anemia by wasp sting. Method： Seven ptients of hemolytic anemia caused by wasp sting were treated by large dose of methy prednisolone, except hemedialysis and routine therapy days contineously. The proccess was 3 to 5 days. Result： Seven patients of hemolysis caused by wasp sting were cibtrikked after 2 or 3 dats. Six patients obtained clinical healing, but one patient died of respiratory failure. Conclusion： Lerge dose of methylprednisolone treatment can control hemolysis caused by wasp sting effectively and it is also effective and safe to treat orther complications caused by wasp sting.
