八正合剂中栀子苷的含量测定

Determination the Content of Geniposide in Bazheng Mixture by HPLC

目的:建立八正合剂中栀子苷含量的HPLC方法。方法:色谱柱:VP-ODS C18柱(4．6 mm×150 mm,5 μm)。流动相:乙腈-水(10:90);流速为1．0 ml·min-1;检测波长为270nm;室温。结果:栀子苷的线性范围是0．23-1．76μg,r=0．999 9。平均加样回收率99．3％,RSD 1．4％(n=6)。结论:该法可以用于测定八正合剂中栀子苷的含量。

Objective： To establish a method for determination the content of geniposide in Bazheng Mixture by HPLC. Method： The vp-ODS C18 column was used, the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water （ 10： 90） with UV detection was at 270 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1. Result： The linear range was 0.23-1.76μg （r = 0. 999 9） for geniposide, the average recovery was 99.3% （RSD 1.4% ,n = 6 ）. Conclusion： The methods is suitable for determination the content of geniposide in bazheng mixture.
