肝移植受者应用国产与进口环孢素的成本-效果分析

Cost-effectiveness Analysis of Chinese CsA and Import CsA in Patients with Liver Transplantation

目的:对国产与进口环孢素用于肝移植受者进行药物经济学评价。方法:选择50例2002年10月-2005年1月在我院接受肝移植术的患者。所有患者具有较稳定的肝、肾功能。按服用的免疫抑制药的种类,分为新山地明组(Ⅰ组)和新赛斯平组(Ⅱ组),运用药物经济学中成本-效果法进行分析。结果:两组治疗方案的成本分别为(6 687．71±598．62)歹已／月和 (5 265．76±562．84)元／月,有效率分别为82％和78％;成本-效果比分别为81．56和67．51;每增长1个单位效果Ⅱ组比Ⅰ组节省355．49元。在统计学意义上,2组病人在治疗的有效率和不良反应方面均无显著性差异(P>0．05)。Ⅱ组与Ⅰ组相比,可获得明显低的成本-效果比。结论:服用新赛斯平,可明显降低病人服药成本,为较佳方案。

Objective： To evalute the cost-effectiveness of the patients with liver transplantation who took chinese CsA and foreign CsA. Method： Fifty patients who had liver transplantation operation in 2002. 10. -2005.1. were divided into two groups, one group （Ⅰ） took foreign CsA and the other （Ⅱ） took Chinese CsA. Result： The cost of group Ⅰ was 6687.71 ± 598.62 yuan per month, validity rate was 82% ; the cost of group Ⅱ was 5265.76 ±562.84 yuan per month, validity rate was 78% ; group Ⅱ could save 355.49 yuan when the validity rate increased 1 percent： There was insignificative difference between the two groups in availability and side effect （ P 〉0.05）. Conclusion： Group Ⅱ is the better project, can effectively decreased the expenditures of patients.
