The thesis suggests a method by using code plate and stepper motor controled by single - chip microcomputer. It is different from traditional method completly and makes the arranging wire periods reach an ideal state possibly. It also has the periods adjusted conveniently. This method can possibly become a new developing direction of arranging^ electric wire and cable.
