摘要 民办高校如何在强大如林的公立大学之间求得生存,如何在众多的民办高等学校之间求得发展是社会各界关注的热点话题。通过个案研究,作者认为:西安欧亚学院是民办高等学校"西安模式"的代表之一,是民办高等学校自主创新的一个典型。其成功之处在于,它提供了一种优于一般公立高等学校的"领先服务"。为此,他们实施了一系列战术,克服了不利的制度和政策环境,并及时地实现了战略转移。民办高等学校的领导要有企业家精神,政府要创造宽松的制度、政策环境。 How a private university can strive for its survival among so many powertul stateowned universities and how a private university can pursue its development among so many private universities have become a heated topic concerned by all walks of life. Through the study of the particular case, the author of this paper holds that Xi'an Eurasia University is a typical representative of "Xi' an Model" and also a typical example of self-direction and innovation among private universities. The success of Xi'an Eurasia University lies in the facts that it provides a quality service superior to general state - owned universities and that it carries out a series of strategies and overcomes the unfavorable system and policy environment and timely realizes its strategic shift. The present author thinks that leaders in private universities should have entrepreneurs' spirits and government should create relaxed system and policy environment.
