The super girls in the views of the new institutional economics

以新制度经济学的方法,分析了湖南电视台2005年的超级女声这个典型案例。其成功的根本在于制度创新,同时对供给、需求、参与者间的利益博弈进行了分析,阐释了技术、学习、自由、人力资本、企业家精神等对其制度变迁路径的影响,指出创新是降低约束、扩展自由的过程,应当让最广大的人参与制度创造,应当以人的自由看待创新。

Using the method of new institutional economics, the author of this paper analyzes the typical case of the 2005 Super Girls, a special program produced by Hunan TV Station. The author thinks that the success of the Super Girls lies in the institutional innovation. First, the author analyses the supplies, demands and the benefit games among the participants. Then, the author expounds the impacts of technique, study, freedom, human capital, and entrepreneurship on the institutional change path. Finally, the author pointes out that innovation is a process to reduce the restraint and expand the freedom. Thus, the largest possible numbers of people should participate in institutional innovation and the innovation should be considered from the angle of human freedom.
