摘要
Fe-15Cr-4Al-Y合金克服了FeCrAl合金的高温脆化和475℃脆性,热强性和冷加工性也明显改善,FeCrAl使用温度高,抗氧化性好等优点则得到保留。还研制了使用温度更高的Fe-20Cr-4Al-Y,Fe-25Cr-4Al-Y合金,形成了低脆性合金系列。加入强化元素能进一步提高合金的热强性.用轻稀土元素代替Y则能降低生产成本。该低脆性合金系列可用于电热、电阻元件、耐热结构件和耐高温涂层.用它代替Ni-Cr系合金可降低元件成本,提高其使用温度和服役寿命.
Compared with FeCrAl alloy, Fed15Cr-4Al-Y alloy has lower brittleness (at high temperature and 475 ℃ ),higher heat-resisting strength and better machinability,with the high operating temperature and good anti-oxidation of FeCrAI being retained. Pe-20Cr-4Al-Y and Fe-25Cr-4Al-Y alloy with higher operating temperature have been developed, so that low brittle alloy series have been set. Addition of strengthening elements can further improve heat-resisting strength; while light rare-earth elements can reduce the production cost instead Of Y. The alloy series can be used in electroheating, resistance element, heat-resisting components and high temperatare coat. It can reduce cost and improve operating temperature and service life instead of Ni-Cr alloy series.
