摘要 FACED with arguably the world's most competitive graduate job market, it's been hard enough for the nearly 3.4 million studentsthat finished college last year to find work. All job seekers panic when the phones stay silent, or the letters that sit in the mailbox read, “We regret to inform you ” But to discover that the guy sitting beside you in the interview hall has a better grasp of the subject you've just spent 4 years studying - and another major to boot - is truly depressing. AS three-year-olds in China learn their ABCs, what was once one of the most pres- tigious degrees in the country appears to be losing its clout in today’s job market.
