It is witness to all the trials and tribulations that China＇s petroleum industry; has experienced in the course of its development. Between 1959 and 2004. more than 1.8 billion tons of crude oil was pumped out of Daqing Oilfield. and it maintained annual crude production levels of over 50 million tons for 27 consecutive years.
