摘要
本文提出了带式输送机系统考虑了粘弹性作用的动力学模型,依模型建立了运动方程,并求得方程的数值解,最后得出采用直线电机驱动方案可明显降低皮带起动过程动张力的结论。
A dynamic model of the belt-conveyer system is derived, and the equations of motion are also proposed on the basis of this model. By the Gill method, numerical analysis of transient operation of the belt-conveyer system is carried out. It is concluded that transient belt stresses during starting is apparently decreased in the belt-conveyer system driven by linear induction motors.
