摘要
分析了ERP系统在虚拟企业中应用所存在问题,研究了适用于虚拟企业的资源计划系统VERP的结构与功能,指出VERP须采用基于Internet的B/S模式,并提出了VERP的功能框架。
The limitations applied ERP system to virtual enterprises are analyzed, then the architecture and functions of virtual enterprise resource planning VERP system is studied, network architecture of B/S （Browser/Server） based on the Internet is adopted in this VERP system. A functions framework is proposed.
