摘要
通过改进工艺方法,使碱性铌酸盐基钙钛矿固溶体内形成准同型相界(MPB),得到了具有高度织构化(001)的多晶体陶瓷材料,d33值约为300pC/N。织构化材料的d33最高达416pC/N,且具有与温度无关的电场感应应变特性。
Through improvement of process, a morphotropic phase boundary in an alkaline niobate-based perovskite solid solution was formed, and highly textured polycrystals can be obtained, which d33 is about 300 pC/N.
