摘要
介绍一种基于FPSLIC嵌入式逻辑分析仪的设计与实现过程。该仪器以最新的片上系统芯片FPSLIC为核心处理器,以RTX51为嵌入式操作系统,采用大屏幕液晶显示,实现了多路高速数字信号的逻辑分析。他的存储深度为1kB,采样速率高达1MHz,还采用示波器同时显示被测的8路信号,十分清晰、稳定。该仪器体积小、性价比高,适用于现场维修、教学和科研等多种场合。
This paper introduces the design and realization of an embedded logic analyzer based on FPSLIC. This instrument uses System on Chip FPSLIC as its core processor,RTX51 as embedded systems and large LCD as displaying, which can analyse many channels logic signals. The storage depth of this instrument is 1 kB,and the speed - rate of sampling is up to 1 MHz. Additionally,the 8 channels logic signals can be shown in the oscilloscope at the same time,and the waveform is very clear and stable. It is characterized by small volume and high performance. As a result,it can be applied to many fields.
