摘要
ERP(企业资源计划)为企业的信息化建设提供了全面集成的解决方案。通过对ERP系统中物流管理工作流程的研究,主要阐述了系统的实施步骤以及在实施过程中应注意的一些问题,提出了符合企业特色的库存管理系统的整体框架设计和各功能模块设计,并且应用于某减速机厂ERP系统的物流管理模块中。
ERP（Enterprise Resource Plan） has offered all - sided integrated solving schema for the informationized construction of enterprise. By investigating the procedure of material flow in manufacture enterprise in ERP systems, mostly expatiates the step of applying system and many problems that should be paid attention to in the applying process, illustrates the framework and the modules in inventory management system for the enterprise and applies in the logistics management of a manufactory ERP system.
