介绍了仪器管理系统的基本组成和一种基于CPLD(EPM7128SLC8415)的仪器柜控制器的设计方案。先描述了控制器的基本结构、设计原理及工作过程,然后着重介绍了单片机(AT89C51)功能模块的工作流程和CPLD功能模块的解码程序、下载电路,以及电磁锁功率驱动的接口电路。并在单片机功能模块中讨论了通信的安全性问题,具有一定的借鉴作用。

This paper introduces the basic constitution of apparatus management system and a design scheme of apparatus- cabinet controller based on CPLD（EPM7128SLC84）. At first the basic structure of controller,design principle and work process are described briefly. Then,especially,introduces the detailed design of SCM（AT89C51） function module and CPLD function module,and the program circuit of CPLD, the drive circuit of electromagnetism- lock. In the SCM function module, the security problem of communication is discussed,which has certain use for reference.
