A kind of precise non-regulated clock ICs-SD2300RAM series with set-in battery, crystal oscillator, NVSRAM and two-line IIC bus communication is introduced. The clock module has the characteristic of high integration, easy to communicate with MCU, high precision of inter clock and low power consuming. The module such as the main performance, footprint explanation, work principle, main applications in embedded system, special notices in applications and some hardware circuitries are presented.
