摘要
结合我国农村医疗卫生工作的实际,对加强乡镇卫生院的建设进行了论述。指出,加强乡镇卫生院的建设要做到人才、设备、资金三到位;预防、医疗、康复三并重;社会、技术、经济效益一齐抓。
On strengthening the construction of village and township hospitals, a comprehensive range of studies were performed including: the recruitment and training of professionals; innovative disposition and application of medical apparatuses and instruments; funds collection through various channels; improvement of efficiency and quality of disease prevention,treatment and rehabilitation; and flexible and cost - effective measures for increasing the social, technical, and economic beneficial effects.
