摘要
作者在IBM PC/XT微机上研制成功了肺病数据库管理系统。该系统采用模块化结构,自顶向下的程序设计方法。实验证明操作方便,功能丰富,保密性强,易于扩充,利于医学描述规范化和标准化。主要介绍了数据库录入、检索及统计分析。为临床教学、科研及诊治决策提供了依据。
A database management system of lung diseases was successfully designed on the IBM PC/XT computer. The mode structure is applied in this system which is vertically programmed (by a way from top to bottom). Our experimental results show that our programme, which performes multiple functions, promises secrecy and has capacity for further, is easy to operate. Moreover, it is helpful to standardization of medical description. This paper presents mainly database addition, indexing and statistical analysis, which may provide a basis for clinical education, research and diagnosis and treatment.
