关于高等护理教育人才培养和使用的探讨

讨论了高等护理本科教育人才的培养和使用。笔者首先肯定了发展我国高等护理教育的必要性,指出这是由我国卫生队伍的现状和护理专业本身的需要决定的;接着,分析了我国高等护理本科教育人才培养和使用的状况,指出目前本科教育人才培养存在的主要问题是培养目标和课程设置未能根据护理专业的特点和21世纪对护理的要求做出相应的调整;分析了临床对毕业生的使用情况,结合本系调查的情况,指出存在的主要问题是目前未能根据毕业生的特点,全方位培养和使用,从而造成培养和使用之间的脱节;最后,就如何正确培养和使用人才,协调两者之间的环节,提出了一些见解,见解的提出主要是以21世纪人类的卫生健康需求和护理发展的趋势为依据的。

The article studies problems and solutions of higher education of nursing care, how it will be designed on the goals, shape, pace and professional character of its development, where and how the graduates have served, and what improvements are required for the curriculum building in scientific principles and techniques so as to adapt to both all - around and high- quality services.
