高校扩招后大量的大学毕业生陆续进入求职市场,由于社会提供就业岗位增长缓慢和大学生就业观念滞后等原因,使大学毕业生的就业越来越难。各高校应教育学生转变就业观念、培养市场需要的对口人才、鼓励学生考取职业资格证书、加强职业指导队伍建设等,来破解当前大学生的就业困境。

Institutions of higher learning have enrolled more students every year since 1999. The number of college graduates is increasing year by year. This has made the college graduates meet with more difficuhies in employment. In light of this situation, institutions of higher learning should actively guide the students to change their attitudes toward employment, readjust the structure of talent training according to market demand, encourage the students to sit for vocational qualitification certificates, and strengthen the huiding of the vocational guidance ranks so as to help the college graduates get over difficulties in employment.
