论我国社区矫正制度的改革与完善

社区矫正是与监禁矫正相对的行刑方式。推行社区矫正制度可以增强服刑人员的自律意识,减少重新犯罪,提高罪犯改造质量等重要的意义。与西方国家相比,我国社区矫正还存在明显的缺失。应通过更新刑罚观念,建立健全社区矫正机构,明确适用社区矫正对象的范围和条件,对矫正对象进行分类分层次管理,完善我国社区矫正制度。
