Analysis of Index of Shanghai Stock Market Disobeying Rule and Slumping in Spring 2005

我国证券市场2005年春季走势与往年同期相比出现指数下挫的情况。本文从2005年春季的市场交易量、金融机构行为等技术层面分析其原因,进而对证券市场的股权制度进行了剖析,并在此基础上提出了对我国股市发展的建议。

In the spring of 2005, there was a slumping trend in the Shanghai stock market cornpared with the same period of the previous years. In this paper, the authors try to find out the cau- ses from such technical aspects as market trade volumes, behaviour of financial institutions etc. On this basis, the ownership of the share system of the stock market is analyzed, and some suggestions on the development of our country＇s stock market are put forward.
