摘要 考察了ZG310-570/ZG31Mn2Si摩擦副条件下,外加载荷、材质硬度对ZG310-570滚动磨损特性的影响。结果表明,对同一试样,随着外加载荷增大,ZG310-570的滚动磨损加剧,磨损形貌显示出明显的边缘效应,磨损机制为塑变磨损;当载荷恒定,Ha/Hm>1时,ZG310-570随着自身硬度的提高,磨损量明显减小,为硬磨料磨损;Ha/Hm<1时,随着材料硬度的提高,磨损变化很小,为软磨料磨损。硬度对磨损量的影响符合磨料磨损规律。在最大载荷作用下,其滚动磨损机制也随着硬度的增加由塑变和粘着磨损转变为犁沟磨损。 Investigations have been made on the topographical and tribological feature of compacted ZG310-570 steel in rolling against ZG31Mn2Si steel at different 16ads and its hardness. The results indicate that with the increasing of loads, the mass loss of ZG310-570 roller increases considerably, and the wear morphologies show that the stresses are high on the edge and lower on the middle surface, and the wear mechanism of ZG310-570 steel is mainly plastic deformation. Through the study of friction-wear properties of ZG310-570 steel, it is found that the influence of hardness on wear accords with the regulation of abrasive wear. With the increasing of hardness, the mass loss of ZG310-570 steel roller decreases considerably when Ha/Hm〉l, however, it varies very slowly when Ha/Hm〈1. Under the condition of largest load action, the main wear mechanism changes from plastic deformation wear and adhesion wear to ploughing wear with the increase of hardness.
