负压吸引对家兔脑组织的作用

摘要 作者将负压对脑组织的作用进行了实验研究。结果表明:-13.3kPa以下时,脑组织无明显损伤:-26.6kPa时有轻度损伤:-39.9kPa以上时有严重损伤及出血。对电凝后的血管断端,-39.9kPa以下不引起再出血。作者建议术中负压应在-13.3~-26.6kPa之间,负压调节器应使用“限压式”。 The effects of negative pressure on brain tissue were investigated. The results showed that if the pressure was below -13.3 kPa, it did no significant damage to brain tissue; at pressure of -39.9 kPa, the brain was severely damaged with bleeding. With the cut end of electrically cauterized vessels, the pressure of -39.9 kPa did not cause rebleeding. The authors also discussed two types of pressure regulator. According to clinical observation and experimental results, the authors suggested that during operation the negative pressure should be limited from -13.3 to -26.6 kPa and 'pressure-limited' regulator should be used.
