334例带真皮下血管网皮肤自体移植的疗效观察

Clinical Observations on Transplantation of Skin by Intact Subdermal Vascular Plexus

本文报告334例超全厚皮片自体移植,获得满意的治疗效果。这些移植皮片存活良好,其中Ⅰ级存活202例(60.6％),Ⅱ级存活113例(33.8％),Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级存活分别为11例(3.1％)和8例(2.4％)。还对术后并发症发生的原因及防治进行了讨论。

Between 1981-1987 we performed 334 autotransplantations of skin by intact subdermal vascular plexus with satisfactory results. The viability of the skin auto-grafts was good. A four-grade scale for evaluating the viability of the skin grafts was described. Grade I viability was found in 202 cases (60.6%), grade Ⅱ in 113 (33.8%), grade Ⅲ in 11 (3.1%) and grade Ⅳ in 8 (2.4%)respectively. The causes for complications and ways to combat them were also discussed.
