摘要
高校图书馆教育职能的开发,是高校综合素质人才培养的需要,是深化教育教学改革的重要组成部分,应通过图书馆在更新管理理念、整合教育资源和教育引导的实践中去更好地发挥服务育人,管理育人的作用。
The development of the educational functions of university libraries accords with the needs of cultivating talents with comprehensive abilities in colleges and universities and is the important part of deepening the education and teaching reform. The roles of libraries in educating people with service and with management can be brought into better play via updating library＇s management concepts, integrating teaching resources and the practice of educational guidance.
