对成人高等教育教学质量问题的思考

On the Problem in Teaching Quality of Higher Adult Education

影响成人高等教育教学质量的主要因素是办学思想存在偏差,教学内容不适应成人高等教育的要求,教学方法陈旧、单一,缺乏针对性等等。要提高教学质量,必须端正认识、转变观念,充分认识成人高等教育的重要性;深化教学改革;提高教师素质;强化管理、从严治教。

The main factors influencing the teaching quality of adult education are such aspects as the deviations existing in the school-running thoughts, the teaching contents not suitable for the requirements of adult education, and the outmoded and singular teaching methods lacking of pertinence. In order to improve teaching quality, it is necessary to correct the understanding, to change concepts, to understand the importance of adult education, to deepen teaching innovation, to enhance teachers＇ qualities, to strengthen management and to manage teaching strictly.
