摘要
目的探讨关节镜治疗滑膜软骨瘤病的效果。方法关节镜下手术,清理关节内游离体及病变滑膜。结果治疗18例,治愈14例,好转2例。结论关节镜手术治疗本病创伤小,恢复快,清理彻底,可重复手术。
Objective To introduce a surgical procedure for treatment of synovial osteochondromatosis.Methods Multiple loose bodies and degenerative synovia were removed under knee arthroscopy.Results 18 cases were treated and 14 cases of which were cured and 2cases became better.Conclusions Arthroscopy is and excellent choice for synovial ostecochondromatosis treatment with less trauma and patients could recover faster.
