无精子症患者睾丸精子膜功能检测与卵胞浆内单精子注射治疗效果的相关性研究

摘要 睾丸中的精子从其形态结构和染色质的角度已基本成熟[1].非梗阻性无精子症患者睾丸穿刺精子对卵胞浆内单精子注射(ICSI)受精有无影响,目前尚知之甚少.1991年Lemeo等[2]用蒸馏水替代低渗溶液(简称水试验),进行精子低渗膨胀试验结果满意,认为水试验是一种简单可靠的评价精子膜完整性的方法.
