摘要 第三代芳香化酶抑制剂为高效、特殊的芳香化酶抑制剂。它通过抑制卵巢雌激素,引起促性腺激素释放激素的释放,增加卵泡刺激素分泌。以之诱导WHOII型无排卵患者排卵,半衰期短,且十分安全。在控制性促超排卵中,与促性腺激素联合应用可显著降低促性腺激素的剂量。此外,芳香化酶抑制剂可口服,对子宫内膜无不良影响。有可能替代克罗米芬成为第一线诱导排卵药物,在辅助生育中具有广阔的应用前景。 The third-generation aromatase inhibitors are highly potent and specific. They induce follicle growth by reducing ovarian estrogen production which increases GnRH release and subsequent FSH secretion. It has been shown that aromatase inhibitor is effective in ovulation induction for type II anovulatory patients, and it has a short half life and excellent safety profile. When it is used in combination with gonadotropin for controlled ovarian hyperstimulation, the dose of gonadotropin can be significantly reduced. The aromatase inhibitor can be taken orally, and has no detrimental effect on endometrium. It may eventually replace clomiphene citrate and become one of the first choices for the ovulation induction. It is very promising for the application of aromatase inhibitor in the assisted reproduction.
