摘要
卵泡囊肿是妇产科临床上常见的一种非赘生性囊肿,与妇科内分泌功能紊乱密切相关。若各种原因造成的下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴功能失调,可能主要由于垂体黄体生成素(LH)的分泌异常,以及其他一些局部因素等均可导致卵泡发育障碍、无排卵,并引发卵泡囊肿。
] Follicular cyst is one of the common noneoplastic cysts closely related with gynecologic endocrine dysfunction. Its pathophysiologic process involves many aspects, including hypothalamic- pituitary-ovarianaxis dysfunction possibly due to abnormal LH secretion, which can result in follicular development disturbance and anovulation. Other local factors also can cause follicular cyst.
