The role of Bcl-2 gene family in testis germ cell apoptosis

睾丸生殖细胞的凋亡是一种重要的生理机制,通过凋亡来调节生精小管中生殖细胞的数目。正常生精过程中, 存在着生殖细胞的主动退化现象,有很多因素参与调节这一过程,其中Bcl-2基因家族在生殖细胞的凋亡过程中起着重要的调节作用。

Germ cell apoptosis is an important physiological event which controls the number of spermatogenic cells in seminiferous tubule. Germ cell apoptosis occurs in the normal process of spermatogenesis and many factors may be involved in its regulation. The roles of Bcl-2 gene family in the apoptosis will be discussed in this paper.
