摘要
采用不连续聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术对采自新疆阜康绿洲荒漠过渡带的40个梭梭个体的同工酶遗传多态性进行了初步研究.从24个酶系统中筛选,得到了14个酶系统可用于该植物的遗传变异分析.共检测出30个位点、54个等位基因,其中18个位点表现出多态性.在物种水平上,多态位点比率为60%,而平均每个位点的等位基因数为1.8.本研究的方法和结果将为后续相关研究提供一定的参考.
The genetic polymorphisms of the isozymes of 40 Haloxylon ammodendron plants collected in the oasis to desert transitional zone of Fukang of Xinjiang were preliminarily studied by discontinuous SDSPAGE. 24 enzymatic systems of Haloxylon ammodendron were examined and 14 of them, which could be used in the genetic analysis of the plant, were screened. Totally 30 loci and 54 alleles were detected and 18 of the loci appeared to be polymorphic. The ratio of the polymorphic loci was 60% and the average allele number per loci was 1.8. The results and methods may have certain reference to following related studies.
