摘要
D938是一种待发展的强化型高铬铸铁堆焊焊条,但其焊接工艺性差。在Q235母材上对D938堆焊工艺、堆焊层组织、硬度进行了试验研究,结果表明:选择合适的焊接电流,严格控制层温在300~350℃,短弧焊接,预热并缓冷,可得到抗磨且抗裂的堆焊层,满足磨粒磨损工况的需要。
D938 is a new type strengthened surfacing electrode , but the weldability isn't good .Overlaying welding procedure experiment with Q235 as base metal was conducted as well as the microstructure and hardness of padding layer was tested. The results show that high resistance to wear and crack can be attained with such welding conditions as appropriate welding current ,the interbedded temperature of 300-350℃,short arc ,preheating and slow cooling and padding layer suits the condition of abrasive wear.
