摘要
采用温挤压成形技术对微波通信器材上的HPb59-1铅黄铜外导体进行了精密成形加工。其锻件内腔表面粗糙度达到Ra0.8~1.6μm,尺寸精度高、尺寸一致性好,内腔侧壁与底面的圆角小于R0.2mm,完全满足导体的技术要求;同时,温挤压成形的导体锻件由于无砂眼、无毛刺、裂纹和折叠等缺陷,有利于提高外导体的电信性能。
The HPb59-1 brass shell body for the microwave communication apparatus was made by the warm extrusion process. The shell body made by this method has a good surface quality and closer tolerance, and no defect such as crack,fold-over,flash and air hole etc, it can be satisfied with the requirement of shell body.
