摘要
本文介绍了均匀环形气隙中单根长直载流导线的磁场级数解及其应用于计算电机电枢反应磁场、永磁场的方法,并由此获得了考虑定、转子曲率影响的均匀气隙电机不饱和电感表达式。和传统上不考虑定、转子曲率的计算公式比较表明,当电机气隙和定、转子半径可比拟(尤其对于极对数较大的情况)时,两种计算方法给出的不饱和电感之间存在巨大的差异,考虑曲率的计算值更加接近实测结果。
The series solution for magnet field of single long line current inring -shaped airgap between iron stator and rotor is deduced,and then using this solution to solve the armature reaction field and permanent magnet field is introduced.Finally,the unsaturated inductance of uniform air gap motor taking the stator and rotorcurvature into consideration is obtained from the series solution.The comparisonshows that when the airgap length is comparable to the stator and rotor radii,the conventional inductance formula ignoring curvature will result in a large error.
