摘要
本文的研究是为了系统地了解不同直径、长度和材质的国护管对电力电缆散热的影响,重点是了解圆护管与电缆间空气夹层中的散热情况,对电缆在圆护管内的散热进行了实验研究和数值模拟,给出了通常使用的圆护管直径范围内的传热经验公式、护管内径与电缆直径的最佳尺寸比、护管材质影响、电缆导体温升与护管长度的关系。
The heat dissipation of electric power cable under different diameters,lengthsand materials of its shield tube is studied,the heat convection of the air layer betweena power cable and shield tube is the major part of this study.Both experiment andnumerical simulation are conducted to derive the correlation equations for average heattransfer within the applicable diameter range.The optimum diameter ratio and the relations of conductor temperature to shield tube length are given in this paper.
