摘要
采用由目标因子分析法改进形成的校准工作矩阵法,对多组分食用合成色素混合体系进行同时测定.该法通过确认一个相应的校准工作矩阵即可对单个或多个混合样品的各组分进行同时直接测定.对七种三组分食用色素样品(各组分浓度在4.32~21.00μg/ml)的分析,各组分的回收率在97.93%~104.80%之间.与传统的目标因子分析法比较,此法特别适用于定性组成及定量范围基本清楚的混合样品的例行分析.
A modified method bibed on the classical target factor analysis(TFA),refeed to as calibration working mains-TFA,waS used to perform a simultaneous determination-of a single or several mixture samples of food pigments by confirming a corresponding calibration working matrix.Seven mixture samples of pigments in which the concentration of each component is in 4.32-21.00μg/ml have been analyst satisfactorily.The method is especially suitable for routine analySis of samples which the numbers and identities of components are known,and the absorption spectra of the components are severely overlapped.
