摘要
我国高速公路发展之快,可谓世界高速公路发展史上的奇迹。到2004年底,我国高速公路的总里程达到了3.43万公里,位居世界第二。但伴随着高速公路的发展,必然带来发展中存在的普遍问题。由于重载车辆的飞速发展,而与之关联的路面受力机理和路面结构研究却相对落后,所以大多数高速公路通车3～5年后,就发生许多路面病害,通车6～7年后,均面临着对高速公路进行养护罩面的问题,致使高速公路的罩面工程逐步成为目前乃至今后高速公路养护管理的一项重要工作。下面就罩面养护工程的设计、招标、施工管理等谈一点体会。
By the end of 2004, the total length of the expressways in China reached 34,300km, ranking number two in the world. However, along with the growth of the expressways, some common problems appeared. Due to the rapid development of the heavy-load vehicles, and the legging behind related study on pavement under stress and pavement structure, a great majority of expressways appear failures after three to five years in operation. After six or seven years, maintenance cover seems to be the only choice, which is and will be the major task in road maintenance. This article addresses the design, tendering and construction management of the cover projects.
