摘要
地方课程资源具有多元综合性、动态生成性、可持续发展性、实践体验性、自主开发性等特点。地方课程资源开发和优化配置应与实施国家课程、地方课程和校本课程建设有机衔接,以一线教师的积极、主动参与为前提,促进理论工作者与实践工作者的合作,充分满足学生个性发展的需要。地方课程资源开发与优化配置的基本途径是:开发专门的地方课程,形成国家课程某部分的补充材料,促进和完善校本课程开发,渗入各学科领域中,加强教师队伍建设。同时,还应重视地方课程资源开发和优化配置的管理, 促进地方课程资源开发的优势互补和资源共享。
Local curriculum resources have such features as pluralistic integration, dynamic formation, sustainable progress, practical experience and independent development. The development and optimized allocation of local curriculum resources must be linked up with the implementation of the national curriculum, local curriculum and school-based curriculum to satisfy students' individual demands, with teachers' enthusiasm and participation as prerequisite and the cooperation with researchers and teachers as the means. This goal can be achieved in the following way: to develop the specialized local curriculum as supplement to the state curriculum, promote the development of school-based curriculum and strengthen the construction of teacher contingent. In a word, efforts must be made to emphasize the management of the development and optimized allocation of local curriculum resources for realizing the mutual benefit and the resource sharing.
