摘要
以十二烷甚硫酸钠、OP-10和FC-4为复合乳化剂,合成了氟硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液,研究了引发方式、反应 温度、反应时间和搅拌速度对反应过程的影响,该改性树脂能大大提高水性外墙涂料的耐候性、耐污性。
The fluorosilicon modified acrylic ester emulsion was synthesized with composite emulsifier including K12, OP 10 and FC 4. The influence of initiating species, temperature, reaction time and agitation rate on the reaction were researched. The exterior coating made in the modified emulsion was good in ageing resistance and dirt resistance.
