摘要
为了适应现代医学发展方向,培养新型医学人才,对实验诊断教学进行了改革。在教学中,树立正确的指导思想,明确学生的学习任务与重点。从系统组织教学内容、改进教学方式、编写配套教材、增加病例分析及实验考核、开展床边化验教学几方面改革理论课教学与实验课教学,同时改革旧的考核方式,加强了对学生的素质培养,形成了一整套科学、系统、周密的教学方式及考核方法。突出了实验诊断学这一桥梁课程的特色,取得了良好的教学效果。
Objective To keep abreast of modern medical development and training new type medical students. Methods The authors carried out some drastic education reforms in clinical laboratory diagnosis teaching. In the study, they established a correct teaching guide ideology, highlighted the learning task and emphasis for students. They developed the methods in theoretic and experimental instruction by means of reforming the teaching contents systemically, promoting the educate manner, publishing the guidance materials, developing the case discussions and experimental tests and carrying out the POCT education. Mean while they promoted the pattern of theoretic test in step with. Results The systemic instructing methods enhanced the student' s quality - oriented education by training their poly - abilities, and formed a series of teaching and testing pattern, which were scientifica, systemically and thoroughly, from which they stressed the feature of this course as a ligament or communicating subject.
