气相法全密度聚乙烯高效催化剂研究──加压搅拌床乙烯气相聚合及应用

摘要 建立搅拌床加压装置,研究了两种新型高活性催化剂催化乙烯气相聚合;研究了聚合工艺条件对催化剂性能的影响;研究了催化剂的催化效率、聚合产物的颗粒形态、加压聚合反应动力学,表明新型催化剂对乙烯气相聚合具有优良的综合性能,采用搅拌床装置及有关工艺可有效地评价乙烯气相聚合反应. In this paper, a evaluation system of the pressure stirred-bed was reported.lts important process flow of this system and operating way were reasonable and practicable.The evaluation system appeared greatly effect of evaluating of the highly active catalysts forgas-phase polymerization of holodensity polyethylene on their application.By this evaluation system, two highly active catalysts(cat-1 and cat-2) for gas-phase polymerization of holodensity polyethylene made in the native institute have been investigated in term of industrial application. It has been found that they have good overall properties: high catalytic efficiency and convenient control of molecular weight.
