摘要
目的:分析大黄柳叶中的无机元素,为大黄柳叶的合理药用提供依据。方法:应用美国 JARRALL-ASH800系列 Mark-Ⅱ型电热耦合等离子发射光谱仪配同 PDPSA 计算机,对大黄柳叶中无机元素进行了分析测定。结果:大黄柳叶中含有24种无机元素,其中钙的含量最高,含有8种人体必需微量元素。结论:本研究所采用分析方法为原子吸收光谱法,操作简单,方法灵敏,数据结果可靠。
Objective: To analysize the inorganic elements in the leaves of Salix raddeana Laksch and afford the data for the medicinal uses. Method:To determine the inorganic elements in the leaves of Salix raddeana Laksch by ICP - AES instument for the first time. Results :24 kinds of inorganic elements were detected in the leaves of Salix raddeana Laksch, and eight of them were the nesiccery elements by human body and the quantity of calcium was in the most amount. Conclusion:AAS is an accurate, simple, effective and feasible method to analysize inorganic elements. The data and results are believeble.
