摘要
目的:建立了一种用毛细管电泳拆分罗格列酮和芬氟拉明两种药物对映体的方法。方法:以水溶性β-环糊精聚合物(β-CD polymer)为手性选择剂,采用毛细管区带电泳模式,考察了手性选择剂浓度、背景电解质溶液 pH 值、柱温及分离电压等因素对分离的影响。结果:在优化的实验条件下,两种药物的手性对映体均达到基线分离。结论:方法操作简单,重现性好,可用于这两种药物的质量控制。
Objective: A method was developed for enantiomeric separation of rosiglitazone and fenfluramine in capillary electrophoresis. Method: Enantiomers were separated by capillary zone electrophoresis using water - soluble polymer on the separation of β - CD as chiral selector. The influence of β - CD polymer concentration, background buffer pH,temperature and applied voltage were investigated. Result: :Under the optimal condition two chiral drugs were separated by based - line. Conclusion:The study provides a simple, reproducible method for the quality control of the two drugs.
