摘要
目的:建立氯地乳膏含量测定方法,为其质量控制提供快速、有效的分析方法。方法:色谱柱为 Diamonsil C_(18)(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相:0.2%三乙胺水溶液(用磷酸调 pH 至2.8)-乙腈(70:30),检测波长:240nm,流速:1.0mL·min^(-1),柱温:30℃。并进行了方法学验证。结果:氯霉素和地塞米松磷酸钠的线性范围分别为300~900,9~27μg·mL^(-1),r=0.9999;平均回收率分别为99.8%(RSD=0.3%)和100.5%(RSD=0.5%)。结论:本法简便、快速、准确,可同时测定复方制剂中2种成分。
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the assay of chloramphenicol and dexamethason sodium phosphate in their compound cream. Method:A Diamonsil C18 (4. 6 mm ×250 mm,5μm)column was used with a mobile phase consisted of mixer of 0. 2% triethylamine in water( adjusted to pH 2. 8 with phosphoric acid) -acetonitrile(70: 30) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min^-1and UV detector wavelength was 240 nm. Column temperature was 30℃. Results:The peak areas and concentrations of chloramphenicol and dexamethason sodium phosphate showed good correlation in the following ranges 300 - 900,9 - 27μg · mL^- 1, r = 0. 9999 ; The average recoveries were 99.8% ( RSD = 0. 3% ), 100. 5% ( RSD = 0. 5% ) respectively. Conclusion:The method is simple, rapid and accurate for simultaneous determination of chloramphenicol and dexamethason sodium phosphate.
