Reflections on How to Improve College Students' Ideological Education and Management

目前,大学生中一些不良现象的产生,与其成长环境的优裕以及家庭和学校教育的滞后密切相关。为此,高等教育必须把“育人”放在学生工作的首位,坚持以人为本的理念,通过强化班主任的管理责任和专业课老师的引导作用,做好大学生的思想教育和管理工作。

At present, the existence of some unhealthy tendencies among college students is closely related with the favorable environment in which they grow up and the lagged-behind education they receive at home and school. In view of this fact, higher education must give priority to“ education of the people” and stick to the notion of “people most”, trying to improve college students＇ ideological education and management by means of enhancing the class councilor＇s management responsibility and the teacher＇s guidance.
