摘要
基于Hausen和Rummel的换热器理论,采用试差的方法,以每一层格子砖高度作为计算步长,并考虑多种因素的影响,建立了双通道蓄热室的设计计算模型。根据计算实例,提出了取得良好传热效果时格孔内的烟气流速与两通道换热面积之比。
The mod01 for designing of double pass regenerator was based on Hausen Rummel recuperator theory.By trial and error, using the heigth of one layer checker as step and considering many effects, the model was more pratical.Based on the examples,the waste gas velocity in the regenerators and ration of heating area of the first pass regenerator to that of the second pass regenerator in optimum heat exchang were suggested.
