摘要
从马克斯克鲁维酵母的突变菌株中,获得了一株高产β-半乳糖苷酶的酵母菌株15D。本文对菌株15D的产酶条件及小型发酵培养实验进行研究,表明在适宜条件下菌株15D产酶水平可达287.8U/mL,比出发菌产酶水平提高了5倍。
The yeast 15D strain with high yield of β- glycosidase was obtained from Kluyxeromycex marxianus Var.macaianus by mutation with common screening tests. This paper studies the conditions for the production of β-galactosidase by the yeast 15D and it＇s minitype fermentation experiment. Under optimum conditions enzyme production could reach 287.8U/mL, which is 5 times higher that of original strain.
