摘要
对具有营养保健功能的无糖人工虫草含片的加工工艺进行了初步探讨。结果表明,采用人工虫草提取液3%,甜味剂80%(山梨糖醇∶麦芽糖醇为3∶1),低聚异麦芽糖16.5%,柠檬酸0.5%等基本原料配比,经混合、造粒、干燥、压片等工序,制成了低热量、具有保健功能的无糖虫草含片。
Preliminary investigation on processing technology of sugar-free artificial cordyceps sinensis buccal tablet with nutritional and healthy functions was reported. The results showed that good quality and delicious flavoring buccal tablet could be obtained by adopting following formula : solution of artificial cordyceps sinensis extract 3% sweetener 80%(ratio of sorbitol and maltitol 3:1), isomaltooligosaccharide16.5% , citric acid 0.5% . After the processes of mixing, prilling, drying and tabletting, a kind of healthy sugar-free cordyceps sinensis buccal tablet with low calorie was prepared.
